Tim joined UNLIMITED as CEO in 2019. In this time, he has transformed UNLIMITED into a thriving, insight-led integrated digital marketing agency. Coming from a client background, Tim has spent his career at some of the world’s leading companies such as Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and Beam Suntory. He has a consistent track record of delivering exceptional performance, value creation and growing diverse teams of talent. In 2020 Tim was part of the leadership team bringing the 10,000 Black Interns programme to the UK advertising & marketing industry. He sits on the board of global IoT solutions provider Telit and is a member of the Forbes Business Council.
FUN FACT
Tim has completed 12 marathons, multiple triathlons, including an Ironman.

Edward joined UNLIMITED as CFO from oil and energy company Excellence Logging, where he also held the position of CFO. In 2021, he was promoted to COO of UNLIMITED. Prior to UNLIMITED, Edward gained vast experience working for both corporate and private equity-backed businesses across a variety of sectors. He is no stranger to the marketing industry, having notably transformed a loss-making business into a profitable one while working as Nordic CFO of Ogilvy.

Ed was born in Tokyo, his Mother was Argentinian and he speaks three languages.

Tim leads client relationships and partnerships across the whole of UNLIMITED including those with award-winning international networks Serviceplan and Hakuhodo. Prior to UNLIMITED, he held a variety of senior roles, both agency and client-side, including positions at Shell Retail where he launched Shell Smart – the first smart card based loyalty programme in the UK. Tim also worked at John Menzies, aiding the sale to WH Smith and with the Aer Lingus Group diversifying outside the airline. He spent 15 years at TBWA\UK Group where his responsibilities included CEO of TEQUILA\London, CEO of Agency.com and sitting on the TBWA\UK Group Executive Board.
FUN FACT
Tim set up Wildlife charity TUSK FORCE protecting endangered species. He also has a piece of design work in the permanent exhibition at the V&A.

Jane has over 30 years’ experience working in insight across a wide variety of sectors. In 2021 Jane was promoted to head of UNLIMITED’s Insight & Analytics Division. Prior to this she was Managing Director of Walnut UNLIMITED. Her background is in statistical modelling and pricing research. Jane brings an analytical approach to her work and is fascinated by the many drivers of human behaviour. She loves the many challenges of helping clients adapt to ever changing markets.

Chris is an accomplished agency leader and digital specialist with over twenty years’ experience of delivering complex marketing solutions, leading global accounts, developing, and optimising operational process, setting and implementing business vision at board level and driving successful new business initiatives. Throughout his career he has delivered initiatives within all major digital disciplines and run integrated accounts across a wide range of industry sectors. This includes the delivery of £8+ million ecommerce platforms, award-winning creative campaigns, transformative consulting services and innovative digital media planning and buying. He is currently President of BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) and has a focus on addressing the digital skills gap in the UK.

Ita has over two decades worth of experience in HR, spending the last six years as HR Director for UNLIMITED. She has held a variety of senior roles, both agency and client-side, including positions at House of Fraser and B&Q. She has a specialist degree in employment law and has led many change management programmes over the years. In 2020 she led the charge for mental health training of all staff at UNLIMITED supporting the wellbeing of all employees during the pandemic.

Faye has 20+ years’ experience spanning PR & comms, digital, demand generation, advertising and integrated marketing, much of it agency-side. In 2023, Faye was promoted to Head of UNLIMITED’s newly launched B2B Tech division. Formerly Chief Revenue Officer at UNLIMITED, she is a true “T-shaped” marketing leader, with specialism in B2B marketing – particularly developing effective go-to-market strategy and operations for B2B and technology brands, plus growth marketing for scale-up and SaaS businesses. Many of her growth clients have achieved successful multi-million valuation exits, built on predictable marketing, pipeline and revenue development, driving margin and topline growth.

With 20+ years of experience in medical communications, Clare has partnered with some of the world’s finest healthcare companies and organisations. Promoted to Head of UNLIMITED’s Health Division in 2020, Clare is passionate about delivering programmes that make a difference, whether that be through medical education, traditional and digital communications, brand promotion or marketing. Throughout her career, Clare’s work has involved many exciting advances in areas such as oncology, dermatology, infectious diseases, immunology, gastroenterology and neurology – each of which have represented some truly life-changing outcomes for patients.
